About Director (Academics & Research)
Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority is hiring for the post of Director (Academics & Research) (1 post) in Lahore.
The Director (Academics & Research) will be involved in Research/Curriculum design, review, and alignment with national standards, educational research methodologies and impact assessment, Teacher professional development and capacity building. This role also covers academic quality assurance, school improvement frameworks, policy analysis, and evidence-based reform. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.
Requirements for Director (Academics & Research)
Applicants for Director (Academics & Research) must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, Research, or Curriculum Development, Management Sciences and Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
- Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization.
