The Islamabad Club is seeking applications for the following positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Procurement Officer

• Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 04-05 years of relevant procurement experience in a Club or Hotel.
• Skills: Strong market knowledge, vendor sourcing & negotiation, good understanding of PPRA Rules and procurement procedures, excellent analytical, contract management, communication, and vendor management skills.

HVAC Supervisor

• Qualification: DAE-HVAC.
• Experience: Minimum 05-08 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in a club, hotel, commercial building or large facility.
• Responsibilities: Supervising HVAC technicians, overseeing operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and split air-conditioning systems. Ensuring safe and reliable HVAC operations, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing system performance & energy efficiency, and minimizing equipment downtime.

CCTV Technician

• Qualification: DAE in Electrical or equivalent.
• Experience: 02-03 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Technician, with hands-on expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of CCTV systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in networking setup, DVR/NVR Configuration.

Painter

• Qualification: Matric/under matric.
• Experience: 02-03 years of relevant experience in painting and surface finishing.
• Skills: Familiarity with basic painting tools and techniques.

Technical Helper/Mason/Labour

• Qualification: Matric/under matric. Diploma or certificate in the relevant technical discipline will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience.

Ground Man (Riding & Polo Ground)

• Qualification: Matric/under matric.
• Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience as a Ground Man in a reputable organization or any Riding/Polo Club.
• Responsibilities: Grassing, watering, sanding, and general ground maintenance.

Terms and Conditions

• For any trainable skills mentioned above, a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at the time of initial appointment will be allowed in cases where none of the candidates have any certifications at the time of selection. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
