Director (Partnership & Collaboration)

The Director (Partnership & Collaboration) will focus on resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilaterals) and the corporate sector (CSR). Key responsibilities include developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication, branding, media relations, stakeholder engagement and advocacy, proposal writing, and donor reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.

Applicants for Director (Partnership & Collaboration) must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.
• Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization.
