About Chief Audit Officer
Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority is hiring for the post of Chief Audit Officer (1 post) in Lahore.
The Chief Audit Officer will conduct risk-based internal audits, evaluate internal controls, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative rules. Responsibilities also include investigating financial irregularities, preparing audit reports, and liaising with external auditors (AG Office). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with Medium to High Revenue projects/programs/reporting requirements, disbursement procedures, submission of withdrawal application, maintenance of Special Drawing Accounts, and Government accounting procedures.
Requirements for Chief Audit Officer
Applicants for Chief Audit Officer must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: ACCA/ICMA/CA or Minimum 16 years of Education in the field of Finance, Accounting or Commerce or equivalent from HEC recognized national or foreign University.
- Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors specifically in internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
