Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Head, Finance and Fund Management

Applicants for Head, Finance and Fund Management must possess a strong academic background and extensive experience in relevant financial domains.

• Education: At least a Master’s or equivalent degree (equivalent to 17 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: A minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years (post-sixteen (16) years’ qualification) of relevant experience in fields such as corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency, and/or public sector organization.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall not exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.

2. Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion

Candidates for Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion should have a solid educational foundation and significant experience in financial management and investment promotion.

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (equivalent to 16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of (post-sixteen (16) years’ qualification) relevant experience in fields such as corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency, and/or public sector organization.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

3. Director, Advisory

The Director, Advisory position requires a blend of academic qualification and practical experience in advisory and strategic consulting roles.

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (equivalent to 16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of (post-sixteen (16) years’ qualification) relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, investment/transaction advisory, or related fields. Experience working with multilateral organizations, investment banks, and/or public sector entities is highly desirable.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

4. Associate Director, Finance and Accounts

For the Associate Director, Finance and Accounts role, candidates need a strong background in finance and accounting with practical experience in related areas.

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (equivalent to 16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of (post-sixteen (16) years’ qualification) relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance, or related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization, and/or public sector entity will be preferred.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall not exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
