Associate Director, Finance and Accounts

This role focuses on financial management, accounting, and reporting for P3A, supporting the organization's financial operations. The position is offered on a contract basis.

For the Associate Director, Finance and Accounts role, candidates need a strong background in finance and accounting with practical experience in related areas.

• Education: At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (equivalent to 16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are also acceptable.
• Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance, or related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization, and/or public sector entity will be preferred.
