Requirements for Head, Finance and Fund Management
Applicants for Head, Finance and Fund Management must possess a strong academic background and extensive experience in relevant financial domains.
- Education: At least a Master's or equivalent degree (equivalent to 17 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are also acceptable.
- Experience: A minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years (post-sixteen (16) years' qualification) of relevant experience in fields such as corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP experience), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency, and/or public sector organization.
