Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Lecturer

Applicants for the Lecturer position must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in a relevant subject from a recognized university or institution.

• Education: MS/MA or 4-year BS degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience at secondary, higher secondary, or college level.
• Maximum Age: 45 years.

2. Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Applicants for the RMO position must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university and have valid registration with the relevant medical council.

• Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
• Registration: Valid and effective registration with the relevant medical council.
• Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of clinical medical experience, especially in a hospital, residential institution, or school/college setting.
• Maximum Age: 45 years.

3. Psychologist

Candidates for the Psychologist role must have a 4-year BS, MA, or MSc degree in Psychology (Applied Psychology or Clinical Psychology) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Education: 4-year BS, MA, or MSc degree in Psychology (Applied Psychology or Clinical Psychology) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Psychologist, preferably in a school, college, cadet college, or boarding institution.
• Maximum Age: 45 years.

4. Security Supervisor

Applicants for Security Supervisor should have at least an Intermediate (FA/FSc) educational qualification. Preference will be given to retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) from the armed forces.

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc).
• Preference: Retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) from the armed forces will be given preference.
• Maximum Age: 50 years.
