About General Manager (Construction)
National Police Foundation NPF is hiring for the post of General Manager (Construction) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The General Manager (Construction) will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, including execution, technical sanction, and implementation of public sector development projects. This role involves contract administration and infrastructure development within the National Police Foundation's Infrastructure Development and Architecture Directorate.
Requirements for General Manager (Construction)
Applicants for General Manager (Construction) must hold a BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent degree and be a PEC Registered Professional Engineer, preferably with a Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Education: BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer), preferably Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, Technical Sanction, implementation of public sector development projects contract administration and infrastructure development. Additionally, 07 years experience in PPS-08 or equivalent in a Government / Public sector organization.
- Skills: Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools will be an an advantage.
