Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Driver positions at Municipal Committee Lalah Musa must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Applicants must have passed Matriculation from a board recognized by the government.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant driving experience is required.
• License: Candidates must possess a valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) license for the HTV Driver position and a valid LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) license for the LTV Driver position.
• Age Limit: The age of the applicant must be between 18 and 35 years on the application deadline.
• Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Punjab province. Preference will be given to residents of the Gujrat district.
• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit and healthy.
• Work Performance: Preference will be given to experienced candidates who have previously performed similar duties and have a good work record.

Important Instructions

• These appointments are temporary, on a work charge/daily wages basis, for a specified period. The temporary appointment will automatically terminate upon completion of the period, and no separate termination letter will be issued.
• However, the appointment period may be extended based on the instructions issued by the Government of Punjab from time to time or the needs of the department.
• Wages will be paid according to the schedule of daily wage rates set by the Government of Punjab, Finance Department.
• The decision of the selection committee will be final and cannot be challenged in any forum or court.
• Separate call letters for interviews or physical tests will not be issued.
• Interviews and physical tests will be held on August 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Municipal Officer (Infra), Municipal Committee Lalah Musa. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview/physical test. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview/test.
• A list of received applications will be prepared, which will be valid for one year. Temporary appointments will be made from this list based on future government directives.
