Eligibility and Qualifications

Regional Business Manager – KHI

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other Business-related fields from a leading international or local university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) of Pakistan. Qualifications like CFA, FRM may be advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 10 (ten) years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, Financial Institutions (F.I.) segments with a strong background in business development, transaction management, credit analysis, and structuring. Exposure to ECA-supported transactions and Export Credit Insurance. Proven experience in F.I. business, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.

Manager/Asst. Manager Analytics – ISB

• Qualification: Minimum of 16 (sixteen) years’ education having majored in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Risk, I.T., or any other relevant field, from a leading local or international university recognized by the H.E.C. of Pakistan.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 (five) years for Manager and minimum of 3 (three) years for Assistant Manager of relevant professional experience. Experience with/in commercial banks, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), or FinTechs may be advantageous.

Manager Information Security & BCP – ISB

• Qualification: Minimum of 16 (sixteen) years’ education having majored in IT, Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and/or Information Security, from a leading local or international university recognized by the H.E.C. of Pakistan.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 (five) years’ relevant professional experience. Experience with/in a bank/FI/DFI in Pakistan may be advantageous.

Manager/Asst. Manager Administration – ISB

• Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or other Business-related fields from a leading local or international university recognised by the H.E.C. of Pakistan. Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) may be advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 (five) years for Manager and minimum of 3 (three) years for Assistant Manager of relevant professional experience. Experience in/with a bank/F.I./D.F.I. in Pakistan may be advantageous.

Relationship Manager – FSD

• Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management or other Business-related fields from a leading local or international university recognised by the H.E.C. of Pakistan. Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) may be advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 16 (sixteen) years for Manager and minimum of 3 (three) years for Assistant Manager of relevant professional experience. Experience in/with a bank/F.I./D.F.I. in Pakistan.

Sr. Officer Finance & Accounts – ISB

• Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from a leading local or international university recognised by the H.E.C. of Pakistan.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 (three) years’ professional experience. Having experience in/with Financial Institutions may be advantageous.
