Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post as detailed below. All applicants must be domiciled in District Kohat.

Assistant (BPS 16)

• Education: Minimum Second Class Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Age Limit: 20 to 32 years.
• Gender: Both Male and Female.

Computer Operator (BPS 16)

• Education: MCS/BCS/BIT Degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
• Gender: Both Male and Female (1 position for female, 1 for male).

Senior Scale Steno Grapher (BPS 16)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Skills: Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute, English typing speed of 40 words per minute, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
• Gender: Both Male and Female.

Important Instructions

• Participation in the ETEA screening test is provisional, based on the information provided by the candidates. Final selection will be made by the appointing authority after a detailed scrutiny process. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage will have their candidature rejected.
• All applicants must create a digital profile on the ETEA website. Before applying for any post and submitting the fee, candidates must print a Sahulat-E-Token from the ETEA website and get it attested by a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Applications without this attestation will not be processed.
• Successful candidates in the ETEA screening test will undergo further scrutiny based on their eligibility criteria.
• Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date mentioned in the advertisement.
• Applications received after the due date, incomplete applications, or those submitted with incorrect information or incomplete documents will be rejected at any stage.
• Notifications for tests and interviews will be sent via SMS. Candidates are advised not to change or switch off their active mobile SIM until the entire examination process is completed. The responsibility for missed notifications due to inactive numbers will lie with the candidate.
• Original educational and experience certificates must be presented on the day of the interview.
• Candidates currently employed in government or semi-government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
• Submission of fake or unverified documents will result in disqualification.
• No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
• For foreign degrees, an equivalency certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is mandatory.
• All appointments are subject to the approval of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
