Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for these positions must meet the following general requirements:

• Applicants must review the prescribed eligibility criteria carefully on the CUI Careers Portal.
• Complete the online application form accurately.
• Upload all relevant academic and professional documents.
• Required documents include HEC-attested terminal degree or HEC Equivalence Certificate (for foreign qualifications), copies of all academic degrees/certificates, and experience certificates.
• Candidates must possess valid registration with the relevant accreditation/professional council, if applicable to their position.

Application Fee Details

A non-refundable processing fee is required, payable in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad”:

• Rs. 2,000/- for the positions of Medical Officer, Lab Engineer (Mechanical Engineer), Assistant Manager (Sports), and Assistant Manager (Instructional Designer).
• Rs. 1,000/- for the position of Nurse.

Important Instructions

• Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.
• Part-time, honorary, visiting, apprenticeship, freelancing, and intern experience will not be counted as valid experience. Only experience letters issued by the respective HR/Registrar or relevant authority will be accepted.
• If any deficiency or fake/incomplete information is found, candidature may be cancelled or employment terminated immediately.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
• Applicable tax(es) will be deducted from the monthly salary as per rules.
