Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify for this position:

• Education: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education with a specialization in BS/BE in Engineering, or a Master degree in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), or Public Policy (MPP) from HEC-recognized institutions. Candidates with professional project management certifications will be given additional preference.
• Experience: Minimum Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management jobs. Applicants must possess intermediate or advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly the Government of Pakistan’s project planning and management processes (including PC-I to PC-IV reports). Previous work experience in Balochistan is highly advantageous.
• Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years on the closing date of application.

Salary and Employment Terms

The selected candidate will be appointed under the following terms and conditions:

• Tenure of Contract: Initially for two (02) years. The contract is extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements, upon the recommendation of the Sponsoring Department.
• Salary Package: As per PPS-8, in accordance with the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) letter No. F-4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022, and Project Director’s Policy Notification No. P&D-JCE(Production)-1/2025/003 dated 31 December 2025 issued by GoB, P&D Department.
