Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience criteria for each post as detailed below. All applicants must possess a Punjab domicile.

Important Instructions

Only Punjab domiciled candidates can apply.
Applicants are required to submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates corroborating with the positions they are applying for. If the recognition certificate is in process, evidence of submission will be required.
Applicants in possession of Experience Certificates issued by University of Health Sciences or any other approved institution are required to get their certificates verified from PM&DC. If verification is in process, evidence of submission will be required.
The University shall determine the relevancy of Research Publications to the specialty of applicants.
Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan / Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
Appointments will be on a contract basis as per UHS Service Statutes 2005.
Preference will be given to those having experience in a reputable Public Sector Medical University/Institution.
The selected candidates can be posted at any campus of the University (City & Jinnah Campus KSK).
Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
The University reserves the right to increase/decrease or totally withdraw the vacancies without assigning any reason.

After filling the online application form, applicants must submit a signed hardcopy/printout of the same to Room # 12 (HR Department), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. Ensure the online application form is filled carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
Applicants are required to print a system-generated fee challan and deposit the job application processing fee as mentioned on the challan through 1 Link invoice (not 1 Link top up) or in any branch of Bank of Punjab. The fee for BPS-17 & Above is Rs. 2000/-.
Attach attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents/certificates, experience certificates, and any other relevant documents along with the deposited system-generated fee challan as per the approved rates on or before the closing date.
Applications submitted without the deposited system-generated fee challan will not be entertained. Deposited amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The closing date for submission of online applications is 13.11.2026 within office hours. Printed online application forms along with all attached documents must be submitted in person or via courier. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
