About Professor (BPS-20) Biochemistry
University of Health Sciences is hiring for the post of Professor (BPS-20) Biochemistry (1 post) in Lahore.
The Professor (BPS-20) in Biochemistry will be responsible for teaching, research, and academic leadership within the Biochemistry department at the University of Health Sciences Lahore, on a contract basis.
- Conduct advanced research and publish findings in relevant journals.
- Provide high-quality teaching and mentorship to students.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.
Requirements for Professor (BPS-20) Biochemistry
Applicants for Professor (BPS-20) in Biochemistry must meet the following criteria:
- Basic Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification fully recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
- Post Graduate Qualification: PM&DC recognized Level III qualification in the respective subject.
- Experience: At least three (03) years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor in the respective subject recognized by the PM&DC OR nine (09) years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in the respective subject recognized by the PM&DC.
- Research Publications: Six (06) research publications as Associate Professor are required in the relevant subject. A total of fifteen (15) research publications in the relevant subject, of which six (06) should be during the last three years.
- Additional Requirement: As per PMDC criteria, applicants must have at least a level-IIa diploma or certificate of six months duration in Medical Education from a recognized University.
