Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position:

1. Senior Provincial Program Officer

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or Public Administration.
• Experience: 5 years in Program Management and Administration in a Public or Private Organization.
• Location: Hyderabad Office.

2. Pharmacist

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Location: Indus Hospital Karachi.

3. Data Entry Operator

• Qualification: Intermediate with DIT/CIT.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Public/Private Organization.
• Location: DHQ Hospital Badin.

4. Community Support Officer

• Qualification: Graduation.
• Experience: At least 3 years in community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization.
• Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, and effective verbal and written communication are highly desirable.
• Location: Karachi East, Kashmore/Kandhkot.

5. Gene Xpert Technician

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry OR FA/FSc with a Diploma in Laboratory Technician.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Location: Gene Expert Site SGH Saudabad Malir Karachi, Gene Expert Site THQ Shahdadkot.

6-8. Counselor, Treatment Coordinator, Screener

• Qualification: Graduation.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in community/social mobilization in a Public/Private Organization.
• Skills: Data management, persuasion, coordination, field management, and effective verbal and written communication are highly desirable.
• Locations:
  • Counselor: Karachi Central, DHQ Hospital Badin, THQ Digri, SGH Ibrahim Hyderi Malir Karachi, DHQ Hospital Thatta.
  • Treatment Coordinator: PMDT Site Larkana, DHQ Hospital, Decentralized Site Kamber.
  • Screener: PMDT Site Indus Hospital Karachi, PMDT Site DHQ Badin.

9. Lab Attendant

• Qualification: Matriculation.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience.
• Location: DHQ Badin.

10. Driver

• Qualification: Middle/Matric.
• License: Valid driving license.
• Experience: 3 years of driving experience.
• Location: Karachi Office.
