PPHI Sindh is looking to fill multiple positions, including Project Coordinator, Project Director, Chief Financial Officer, Public Health Specialist, MNCH Coordinator, Finance & Accounts Officer, Program Officer, Procurement Executive, Internal Auditor, Pharmacist / Store Manager, Assistant Admin, Lady Health Visitor, X-Ray Technician, Lab Technician (BMU), Lab Technician (GeneXpert), and Aya / Female Attendant.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed below. General eligibility criteria include:

• Domicile: Sindh province.
• Age Limit: Generally between 18 to 55 years, with specific age limits for certain positions.
• Experience: Relevant experience is required for most positions, while fresh candidates may be considered for some roles.

Post-Wise Details:

• Project Coordinator (One Year Project):
  • Education: MBBS with MSPH/MPH.
  • Experience: 10 years in basic health management, including 5 years in a senior management position (maximum age 55 years).
• Project Director (Pakistan Initiative for Living & Learning (PILL) Project):
  • Education: MBBS/MPH/MSPH/FCPS/MS in Public Health or related field.
  • Experience: 15 years in public health, including 5 years in mental health research/project management (maximum age 55 years).
• Project Officer (One Year Project):
  • Education: MA/MPH/MSPH.
  • Experience: 3 years in project management, preferably in public health or community-based programs (maximum age 50 years).
• Chief Financial Officer:
  • Education: CA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) with 16 years of education.
  • Experience: 4 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
• Public Health Specialist:
  • Education: MBBS with MSPH/MPH/FCPS or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: 2 years in public health programs or related fields.
• MNCH Coordinator:
  • Education: MBBS/BDS/MPH/MSPH/MOH with BSN/MSN or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years in MNCH programs.
• Finance & Accounts Officer:
  • Education: Member of ACCA/ICMA or CA Finalist with 2 years post-qualification experience, or MBA/M.Com/BBA (Hons) with 5 years experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in finance/accounts.
• Program Officer:
  • Education: MPH/MSPH/HPM or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years in public health programs, including 2 years in nutrition/food security.
• Procurement Executive (One Year Project):
  • Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
  • Experience: 3 years in procurement.
• Internal Auditor:
  • Education: ACCA Finalist/CA Finalist/ICMA or MBA/M.Com/BBA (Hons) with 16 years of education.
  • Experience: 3 years post-qualification experience in internal audit.
• Pharmacist / Store Manager:
  • Education: B.Pharmacy/Pharm-D with 3 years experience in a hospital or medical store.
• Assistant Admin:
  • Education: MPA/MBA (HR) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year in a relevant field.
• Lady Health Visitor:
  • Education: Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council recognized diploma in LHV.
  • Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
• X-Ray Technician:
  • Education: Sindh Medical Faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council recognized diploma in X-Ray Technician.
  • Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
• Lab Technician (BMU) (One Year Project):
  • Education: Matric pass.
  • Experience: Minimum one year relevant experience. Fresh candidates can also apply.
• Lab Technician (GeneXpert) (One Year Project):

• Aya / Female Attendant:
