Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed below:

• Lecturers (BPS-18): Master’s Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
• Laboratory Technologist (BPS-17): B.Sc. Engineering/Technology in the relevant field with 1st division or 3.0 CGPA from a University/DAI recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
• Accountant (BPS-16): MBA/M.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University. OR BBA/B.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Office Assistant (BPS-16): Second class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

General eligibility conditions:

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials. Final scrutiny will be done by the Appointing Authority.
• Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates. Non-English documents require an officially verified English translation.
• For Admin Positions, 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA will be considered as 1st Division.

Important Instructions

• Candidates will be informed about their Roll No. Slips via SMS from ETEA. Ensure your mobile number is not ported/converted.
• No separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
• Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
• Eligibility will be reckoned in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications for the ETEA test (October 22, 2026).
• Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for demo/interview.
• Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage.
• Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC from their current employer.
• The University reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process, or increase/decrease the number of positions, or cancel/re-advertise these positions at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Regular appointments will be made on a CP Fund basis.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
