Eligibility and Qualification Requirements

Candidates applying for this executive financial position must fulfill the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as CA, ACA, or ACCA. Candidates seeking CA jobs or ACCA management roles are encouraged to apply.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 12 years of recognized experience in Revenue Management, Accounts & Finance, Strategic Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury & Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Governance, Risk Management, and leading large-scale financial operations.
• Preferred Experience: Prior professional experience with a Development Authority or large urban infrastructure development projects will be preferred.

Post-Wise Responsibilities

The Director Finance, Accounts & Control will manage the overall financial strategy and governance of the authority. Primary tasks include:

• Directing and overseeing all financial controls, accountancy operations, and accurate financial reporting.
• Providing leadership for financial transactions, advisory, accounting, book-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing policies for revenue and expense recognition, asset management, and equity management.
• Developing annual budgets and delivering strategic budget analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Managing external audit processes and building robust internal financial controls to prevent fraud.
• Driving automation, integration, and development of end-to-end (E2E) financial systems.

Salary and Employment Terms
