Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Special Public Prosecutor position must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must hold a valid license as an Advocate of the High Court.
- Preference will be given to applicants possessing at least 5 years of practical experience after their enrollment with the High Court.
- The applicant should preferably be a resident of District Quetta or its adjoining districts.
- Practical knowledge and experience in contesting Anti Money Laundering cases will be considered an added advantage for candidates.
Important Instructions
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interviews will be conducted at 449-A, Musa Road, Quetta Cantt.
- The date of the interview will be communicated to candidates through their provided mobile numbers.
- During the contract period with the Anti Narcotics Force, the selected candidate will not be permitted to appear in any court as defense counsel in narcotics-related cases for any Law Enforcement Agency.
- Applicants who submit fake documents or false information will face rejection at any stage of the recruitment process.
- RD ANF Balochistan reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the post, change the terms of contract employment, or reject any application at any stage without providing any reason.
