Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Detailed eligibility criteria for each position are provided below:

1. School Head for Boys School (Male – 1st Shift)

• Qualification: Minimum M.A/M.Sc/B.S(Hons) and B.Ed/M.Ed from HEC recognized institution. Higher/additional degree holder will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years teaching to Higher Classes & 03 Years as Headmaster/Section Head experience in renowned/English Medium/Public School/Chain.
• Age: From 35 to 50 years.
• Pay Package: Salary @ Rs.1,50,000/- per month including all allowances.

2. Teaching Staff For O-Level (Male/Female – 1st Shift)

• Lecturers required in Mathematics, Urdu & Islamic Studies (01 Vacancy each)
• Lecturer in Pakistan Studies (02 Vacancies)
• Qualification: Minimum M.A/M.Sc/BS(Hons) in the relevant subject. Priority will be given to MS/M.Phil qualified.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years ‘O’ Level teaching experience in the relevant subject specifically to outgoing classes in reputed English Medium Institution after last degree.
• Pay Package: Salary @ Rs.65,000/- per month including all allowances.

3. Teaching Staff For Matric & Intermediate Classes (Male/Female)

• Lecturer in Physics (01 Vacancy – 1st Shift)
• Lecturer in Pak. Studies (02 Vacancies – 1st Shift)
• Lecturer in Mathematics (01 Vacancy – 2nd Shift)
• Lecturer in Chemistry (01 Vacancy – 1st Shift)
• Qualification: Minimum M.A/M.Sc/BS(Hons) in the relevant subject. Priority will be given to MS/M.Phil qualified.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years teaching higher classes experience in the relevant subject specifically to Board classes (Matric/Intermediate) in reputed English Medium Institution after last degree.
• Pay Package: Salary @ Rs.60,000/- per month including all allowances.

4. Office Superintendent (Male)

• Qualification: Minimum B.A/B.Sc. and Certificate in Office Management. Priority will be given to higher qualified person.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience as Office Superintendent, Admin Head, Administration Manager or equivalent in a reputable English-medium school, educational institution/chain/government department.
• Skills: Candidates applying for the post should possess proven skills in written communication, administrative leadership, staff supervision, conflict resolution, policy implementation, case drafting and other relevant administrative and managerial skills.
• Pay Package: Salary @ Rs.55,000/- per month including all allowances (or negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated competence).

Important Instructions

• A written test will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 09:30 a.m. for the above-said posts. Candidates who obtain 50% and above marks in the written test shall be called for the interview.
• The general age criteria are up to 35 years. However, in case of long experience in the relevant field, it can be up to 40 years (except for S.No. 01, which has an age limit of 35-50 years).
• Candidates may be hired against the mentioned vacant posts on a fixed pay/contract of one year, which may be extendable based on satisfactory performance.
• Candidates cannot apply for both shifts against the above-mentioned vacant posts.
• Candidates having a 3rd Division in their entire educational career will not be entertained for any vacant posts.
• Only highly trained/qualified/experienced and fluent English-speaking candidates should apply.
• Post-qualification experience will be preferred.
• No TA/DA will be paid for the interview/test.
• Candidates must present all original academic documents and CNIC at the time of the test/interview.
• The committee reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or reject the entire recruitment process at any stage.
• A candidate’s service is liable to cancellation at any stage, even after selection, if the furnished information is found incorrect.
• Selected/appointed candidates may be transferred to any shift or satellite campus as required or directed by the competent authority.
• Selection will be made strictly on merit.
• Selected candidates will be required to submit a surety bond equivalent to one month’s salary of the respective post for the contract agreement, on a Government Stamp Paper of Rs.100/-.
