1	Assistant Manager – Research	Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized/accredited university. Minimum 5 years of experience in applied research, evaluation or policy analysis. Demonstrated experience in designing and managing surveys – sampling, instrument design, enumerator training, fieldwork oversight and data quality assurance – and in tracer studies, baselines or impact evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager – Research

Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager – Research position must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized/accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in applied research, evaluation, or policy analysis.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience in designing and managing surveys, including sampling, instrument design, enumerator training, fieldwork oversight, and data quality assurance. Experience in tracer studies, baselines, or impact evaluations is also required.
