Eligibility and Qualifications

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria for each position:

Store Keeper

• Education: 4 years Graduation or Master’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.

Receptionist

• Education: 4 years Graduation or Master’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.
• Gender: This position is exclusively for female candidates.

Important Instructions and General Conditions

• Applications submitted via email, by hand, or through courier will not be entertained.
• Submission of fake or irrelevant documents, or non-submission of required educational and experience certificates, will lead to the disqualification of the applicant. The documents uploaded with the online application will be considered final, and PMA will not request resubmission.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
• Experience gained from part-time work, teaching, honorary/self-employed roles, or as an apprentice/intern will NOT be considered as relevant experience.
• Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their competent/appointing authority at the time of the interview. The NOC should clearly state the applicant’s appointment date and the nature of their job.
• Candidates will be required to bring their original documents, including educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, application fee payment receipt, driving license (if relevant to the post), and any other relevant documents at the time of the interview.
• Successful candidates will need to submit copies of their degrees/certificates duly verified by HEC (including an equivalence certificate from HEC for foreign degrees), experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.
• Government-approved quotas, if applicable, will be observed subject to the fulfillment of applicable terms and conditions by the candidate.
• A general age relaxation of 5 years will be applicable for male candidates, and 5+3 years for female candidates, as per Government Instructions.
• The Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, accept or reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason.
