Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each post as detailed below. All degrees and qualifications must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

General Terms and Conditions

• The positions are offered on a contract basis for three years, renewable under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 of the Government of the Punjab.
• General age relaxation is applicable as per the prevailing policies of the Government of the Punjab.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts advertised at any stage.
• Only male candidates can apply for the posts of Forensic Scientist (Crime & Death Scene Investigation) (Sr# 12) and Junior Forensic Scientist (Crime & Death Scene Investigation) (Sr# 16).
• Special course work (four credit hours each) in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Population Statistics from an HEC recognized university is mandatory for the post of Forensic Scientist (DNA & Serology) (Sr# 10).
• All posts are full-time and require continuous engagement and observance of regular working hours.
