Position Requirements

Applicants for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position must meet stringent academic and professional criteria to qualify for this leadership role.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace), Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS, or related disciplines. A blend with a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 20 years of professional experience is required. This must include at least 5 years of proven experience at a C-level (CEO/Head) in organizations with substantial business volumes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in transforming Digital Data into Actionable Insights for Planning and Data Driven decision Making Applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Data Analytics.

Position Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall operations of the organization on a contract basis. Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating experience in leading transformations and turnarounds of business entities.
• Exercising excellent people management skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders from both public and private sectors.
• Exhibiting strong business acumen to drive top-line growth through innovative interventions with proven quantifiable results.
• Managing competitive bottom-line performance through smart measures within the business value chain.
• Possessing a blend of private and public sector leadership experience, preferably in Space & Satellite related Technologies, Engineering operations, Manufacturing, and Technology development projects.
• Being well-versed in project management, leading joint ventures, contract negotiation, and financial management.
• Maintaining a good track record of providing quality client services.
