PPHI Sindh is offering a range of positions, from management to technical and support staff. Details for each role are provided below:

1. Project Coordinator (1 year project)

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for health management, specifically within TB care services, for a one-year project duration.

• Education & Experience: MBBS with MSPH/MPH having 10 years experience of health management in primary health care level including 5 years of demonstrated experience in TB care services.
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.

2. Project Director Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL Project)

This role involves directing a project related to health systems, with a focus on mental health research and project management.

• Education & Experience: MPhil in Psychology. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Health System related programs or projects, including at least 5 years in mental health research/project management. Minimum 5 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.

3. Project Officer (1 year project)

The Project Officer will manage, coordinate, or administer health care project programs at provincial or regional levels for a one-year project.

• Education & Experience: MBA/MSPH/MPH with 3 years experience in project management, coordination or administration in health care project programs at provincial or regional level.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

4. Deputy Chief Finance

This role involves financial management and accounting responsibilities at the Head Office.

• Education & Experience: Member of ACCA/ICMA with at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience OR M.COM/MBA (Finance)/BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) 16 years from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

5. Public Health Specialist

This role involves public health expertise, working in health-related programs at district or provincial levels across all regions of Sindh.

• Education & Experience: MBBS along with a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MSPH/FCPS or equivalent) from any recognized institute with at least 2 years experience in relevant field especially at District/province position in Health-related Program/organizations. Medical Officers working in the Government sector who fulfill the criteria may apply through proper channel. Upon selection, they will be entitled to allowance in addition to their existing salary as per the company policy.

6. Manager MNCH

The Manager MNCH will oversee maternal and child health programs, requiring proficiency in MS Office.

• Education & Experience: MBBS only, or BDS with MSPH/MPH, or BSN with MSPH/MPH. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Minimum 3 years experience in maternal and child health programs/Public Health.

7. Manager Finance & Accounts

This role involves managing finance and accounts, requiring relevant professional qualifications and experience.

• Education & Experience: Member of ACCA/ICMA with at least 2 years relevant post-qualification experience OR M.COM/MBA (Finance)/BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) 16 years from a university recognized by HEC with at least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience.

8. Program Manager

This role involves managing health and nutrition programs, potentially at district or provincial levels, with a focus on maternal and child health.

• Education & Experience: MPH, MSPH or HPM, and 2 years relevant and equivalent experience in health and nutrition program OR a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition/Biomedical/Pharm D with minimum 5 years relevant experience in maternal and child health and nutrition projects. The candidate must also have experience working as a district lead or at the provincial level in a conditional cash transfer program. Nutrition-project management experience will be preferred.

9. Procurement Executive (1 year project)

This role involves procurement and supply chain management for a one-year project.

• Education & Experience: MBA in Supply Chain Management, or Procurement, with 3 years experience in procurement OR Supply chain.

10. Internal Auditor

This role involves internal auditing functions, requiring relevant professional qualifications and experience.

• Education & Experience: ACCA Finalist/CA Finalist/ICMA with at least 2 years relevant experience OR M.COM/MBA (Finance)/BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) 16 years from a university recognized by HEC with at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience.

11. Pharmacist/Store Manager

This role involves managing pharmacy operations and store inventory across Sindh, requiring pharmacy qualifications and relevant experience, with preference for computer and warehouse management skills.

• Education & Experience: Graduation in Pharmacy candidate having 3 years experience post qualification in relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates having computer skills and having warehouse management/supply chain management certificates.

12. Assistant Admin

This role provides administrative support across Sindh, requiring an MBA/MPA or a graduate degree with relevant experience.

• Education & Experience: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)/MPA. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a relevant field OR Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in relevant field within a reputable organization.

13. Laboratory Technician

This role involves performing laboratory technical duties across Sindh, requiring a relevant diploma and experience.

• Education & Experience: Diploma in Laboratory Technician or equivalent from a recognized institute registered with Sindh medical faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council or equivalent. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

14. Xray Technician

This role involves performing X-ray technical duties across Sindh, requiring a relevant diploma and experience.

• Education & Experience: Diploma in X-Ray Technician or equivalent from a recognized institute registered with Sindh medical faculty/Pakistan Nursing Council or equivalent. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

15. Attendant (BMU) (1 year project)

This role is for an attendant in a BMU, requiring Matriculation and relevant experience, for a one-year project. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

• Eligibility Criteria: Matric Pass candidates having CNIC Residence or UC Residence Certificate of Specific UC. Minimum 1 year or more relevant experience is required. Fresh candidates can also apply.

16. Laboratory Attendant (GeneXpert) (1 year project)

This role is for a Laboratory Attendant specializing in GeneXpert, requiring Matriculation and relevant experience, for a one-year project. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

This role is for a female attendant, requiring a primary pass and local residency near the facility in Thatta.
