Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Detailed eligibility criteria for each position are outlined below:

Manager (Procurement & Contracts)

• Education: At least 16 years of education, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Candidates with procurement-related trainings/certifications and higher qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: At least seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. This includes experience in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services, and contract management, especially with Donor-funded programs/projects and PPRA Rules. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Government and donors’ procurement rules and guidelines, along with an understanding of procurement cycle management.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

• Education: At least a Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of Education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from a local or foreign university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
• Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Required experience includes developing monitoring frameworks, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting, and gap analysis/corrective measures. Demonstrated experience in writing reports with quantitative analysis is essential.
