About Manager (Procurement & Contracts)
Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) is hiring for the post of Manager (Procurement & Contracts) in Lahore.
The Manager (Procurement & Contracts) will be responsible for overseeing all procurement and contract management activities for the 'Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)' project on a project-based contract.
- Manage procurement processes for Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services.
- Handle contract management for Donor-funded programs/projects.
- Ensure compliance with PPRA Rules and other relevant government and donor guidelines.
- Oversee the entire procurement cycle.
Requirements for Manager (Procurement & Contracts)
Applicants for Manager (Procurement & Contracts) must hold at least 16 years of education with significant experience in procurement and contract management.
- Education: At least 16 years of education, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Procurement related trainings/certifications will be preferred. Higher qualification will be preferred.
- Experience: At least Seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services and contract management with Donors funded programs/projects & PPRA Rules.
- Knowledge: Should have in-depth knowledge of Govt. and donors' procurement rules and guidelines. Understanding of procurement cycle management.
