Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing M&E activities for the 'Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)' project on a project-based contract.

• Develop and implement monitoring frameworks and sampling designs.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and perform gap analysis.
• Propose corrective measures based on evaluation findings.

Applicants for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer must possess a Master's degree in relevant fields and experience in M&E frameworks and reporting.

• Education: At-least Master's Degree or Equivalent (16 years of Education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, Mathematics, from local or foreign university, duly recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
• Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience of developing monitoring framework, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting and gap analysis/corrective measures.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience of writing reports with quantitative analysis.
