Manager Bulk Carrier Chartering

This role involves managing bulk carrier chartering activities within the corporation.

• Qualification Criteria:
• Master Mariner (FG) with sailing experience in senior capacity along with minimum 01 year of shore experience in commercial division of reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company with direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities. OR
• Master’s Degree in any discipline from HEC recognized institute with minimum 08 years of shore experience in commercial division of reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company with direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities.
• Preference: Will be given to a candidate having additional qualification/experience such as Ship Command Experience and MICS qualification.
• Age Limit: Upto 50 Years

Incharge / Deputy Manager DPP & CPP (Tanker)

This position focuses on managing DPP & CPP operations specifically for tanker vessels, with a preference for tanker chartering experience.

• Qualification Criteria:
• Master Mariner (FG) with sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity, preferably with 01 year of shore experience in commercial division of a reputable tanker-owning company / tanker commercial operators / tanker management (preferably tanker chartering). OR
• Master’s Degree in any discipline from HEC recognized institute with minimum 05 years of relevant shore experience in commercial division of reputable ship-owning company / tanker commercial operators / management (preferably tanker chartering).
• Preference: Will be given to a candidate having additional qualification/experience such as Ship Command Experience and MICS qualification.
• Age Limit: Upto 50 Years

Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO)*

This is a project-based contract position (initial duration up to 2 years or project completion, whichever is earlier, extendable by mutual consent of both parties). The role involves managing projects related to naval architecture, shipbuilding, and marine engineering, including supervision, technical management, and reporting.

• Qualification Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Marine / Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized institute.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in ship design, new building, shipyard supervision, technical consultancy or construction.
• Experience in FATS, HATS, Inclining experiments and Sea trials.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, Deviation Reports, Risk Assessments and milestone recommendations.
• Preference: Will be given to a candidate having:
• Experience with commercial vessels, container / feeder vessels.
• Experience of vessels of approximately 1000 TEU or above.
• Demonstrable experience in supervision/technical management of at least 1 vessel newbuilding projects.
• Strong experience in hull structure, block fabrication, Erection, dimensional control, welding / NDT and coatings.
• Proven experience in review of GA, structural, stability, cargo securing and production drawings.
• Working knowledge of class rules, IMO / SOLAS / MARPOL, Flag requirements and Ship Building Standards.
• Must be available for regular / need based attendance at Shipyard, subcontractors, or designers or relevant OEMs.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Age Limit: Upto 55 Years

Superintendent Fleet

This role involves overseeing fleet operations, requiring expertise in deck operations and experience on various vessel types.

• Qualification Criteria:
• Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck.
• Minimum 01 year sailing experience as Chief Officer / Master in last 07 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels.
• Age Limit: Upto 57 Years

Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier)

This position focuses on overseeing engineering aspects for bulk carriers, requiring expertise in motor operations and experience on various vessel types.

• Qualification Criteria:
• Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor).

• Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer) with 2 years’ experience as Master / Chief Engineer COC 1st Class and Chief Officer 2nd Engineer or 01 year experience on shore. OR
• MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from a HEC recognized institute with 5 years’ experience in handling HR matters of a reputable company.
• Age Limit: Upto 50 Years
