About Naib Qasid

Ministry of Defence is hiring for the post of Naib Qasid (11 posts) in Rawalpindi.

The Pakistan Military Accounts Department is recruiting Naib Qasid (BPS-01) under the Balochistan Quota. This role involves general support duties within the department.

Recruitment will be conducted at the doorstep (at District level) with the support of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan, specifically to ensure the recruitment of residents.
All recruitment for BPS 1-16 positions will be done through a Walk-in interview, meaning no entry test or written test will be conducted.
The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any stage before final selection.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

Eligibility and requirements

Applicants for Naib Qasid positions must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Education: Primary Pass
Age Limit: 18-30 years. A general age relaxation of five (05) years is already included in this limit. Additionally, candidates from Balochistan will receive a specific additional relaxation of five (05) years, as notified by the Establishment Division on 22-10-2026, making the effective upper age limit 40 years for Balochistan candidates.
Domicile: Candidates from Balochistan are encouraged to apply as this recruitment is under the Balochistan Quota.
