Requirements for Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel)
Applicants for Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel) must meet one of the following criteria:
- Certification: Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer).
- Experience: 2 years' experience as Master / Chief Engineer COC 1st Class and Chief Officer 2nd Engineer or 01 year experience on shore.
OR
- Education: MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from a HEC recognized institute.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in handling HR matters of a reputable company.
