Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Junior Clerk (BPS-11) positions must fulfill the following requirements:

• Education: Graduation at least in Second Division from any university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Computer Skills: A six-month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the concerned Board.
• Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the general screening test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS), and possess its certificate.

General Instructions

1. Applicants who possess domicile of the concerned/above-mentioned district (Hyderabad or Sujawal) and fulfill the requirements should apply through the Sindh Job Portal, Government of Sindh, https://sjp.gos.pk.
2. The application must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this corrigendum.
3. The age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under rule-7 of Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit), Rule 2024. The upper age relaxation limit will be five years as provided in notification of Services General Administration & Coordination Department bearing No. SOII (SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 6-3-2025.
4. The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per law/rules/policy of Sindh Government.
5. Applicants already in service should obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department prior to submission of the application and bring the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
6. Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
7. No T.A/D.A will be admissible to the candidates for the interview.
