NAVTTC is seeking applications for the following BPS-19 positions:

| Director (National Skills Information System) (BPS-19) | Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields from HEC / Foreign recognized University / Institute. Preference for candidates with additional professional certifications in IT, data management, information systems, cybersecurity, software development, or related fields. | Minimum 12 years of relevant experience/Government service (BPS 17 and above) in TVET management, Information System/Information Technology, digital/data management, research and analysis, programme planning, or relevant experience. Preference for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in skills development, labour market information, digital transformation, or TVET systems. | 50 Years maximum |
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates applying for these Government jobs must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A minimum of 16 years of education is required for both Director positions. This includes degrees in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems from an HEC-recognized or foreign recognized university/institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience or Government service (BPS 17 and above) is mandatory. Specific experience in international cooperation, management, TVET, research and analysis, or administration within the TVET sector is preferred for the Director (International Cooperation) role. For the Director (National Skills Information System) position, experience in TVET management, Information System/Information Technology, digital/data management, research and analysis, programme planning, or related fields is essential.
- Age: The maximum age limit for both positions is 50 years.
Important Terms and Conditions
- The positions are to be filled on a deputation basis, adhering to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and any amendments.
