Resource Person – Resilient Design

This role focuses on contributing expertise in architectural and urban design for resilient solutions. The tenure for this position is 3 months, with a work methodology that allows for remote work but requires attendance at meetings or discussions on-site when necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Designing, Urban and Regional Planning or an equivalent professional qualification in architectural or urban design.
• Experience:
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing complete architectural drawing sets and technical specifications.
  • Experience with a development partner, donor-funded programme or public sector institution will be considered an asset.
  • Prior work in climate-sensitive, low-cost or vernacular construction, or in applied research and case study preparation, will be considered an asset.

Research Associate – Executive Coordination & Research

The Research Associate for Executive Coordination & Research will support the organization’s research and coordination efforts for a tenure of 6 months, based in Islamabad.

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Development Studies, PCS, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates with strong academic background may apply).
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, structure, and interpret complex data to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  • Experienced in conducting background research, thematic literature reviews, and trend analyses in the development sector.
  • Capable of synthesizing multi-source qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Research Associate – Disaster Risk Financing (DRF) & Project Preparation Facility (PPF)

This Research Associate position is for a 6-month tenure in Islamabad, focusing on disaster risk financing and project preparation. Fresh candidates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environment, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
