Resource Person - Resilient Design

The Resource Person - Resilient Design will contribute expertise in architectural and urban design for resilient solutions. This is a temporary position with a tenure of 3 months, offering a remote work arrangement with occasional on-site attendance for meetings or discussions as needed.

Applicants for Resource Person - Resilient Design must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of two years of professional experience.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Designing, Urban and Regional Planning or an equivalent professional qualification in architectural or urban design.
• Experience:
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing complete architectural drawing sets and technical specifications.
  • Experience with a development partner, donor-funded programme or public sector institution will be considered an asset.
  • Prior work in climate-sensitive, low-cost or vernacular construction, or in applied research and case study preparation, will be considered an asset.
