Unit Head - MIS (AVP / VP)

The Unit Head - MIS will assist in developing, automating, and managing MIS dashboards for SME credit approvals, portfolio quality, and risk analytics. Duties include generating accurate management reports, performing portfolio analytics, enhancing MIS reporting using business intelligence tools, coordinating regulatory and audit reporting, and ensuring data integrity and timely availability of data. The incumbent will also perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor.

Applicants for Unit Head - MIS must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Master's degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 06 years of banking experience, with at least 02 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Project Management, or MIS.
• Skills: Strong data interpretation, problem solving, and statistical analysis, accuracy in reporting and data handling, ability to maintain database reports at MS Access and Power BI, verbal and communication skills, excellent MS Office skills.
