Relationship Manager (OG-II)

The Relationship Manager is a sales-oriented role focused on achieving targets for account opening, deposit generation, and consumer financing. Core duties include:

• Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for account opening, deposit generation, deposit retention, and consumer financing (Mortgage/Auto Financing).
• Ensuring Tail Management through activation of Dormant accounts, Digital App, and ATM usage.
• Cross-selling or upselling products to existing customers.
• Planning and executing daily customer visits for new and existing customers.
• Participating in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives/Market Storming activities.
• Acquiring thorough knowledge of banking products and competitive analysis for successful sales pitches.
• Resolving customer queries/issues efficiently.
• Ensuring completion of all mandatory/regulatory requirements for account opening/product sales.
• Addressing audit requirements and observations.
• Maintaining all related files/documentations for portfolio.
• Ensuring all processes are completed within specified TAT and compliance with banking regulations.
• Performing any other assigned tasks.

Applicants for Relationship Manager must hold a minimum Graduation degree with at least 2 years of banking experience, including 6 months in sales.

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college. Master's degree, Islamic Banking certification/degree, or diploma will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience, with at least 6 months in sales.
• Skills: People management, knowledge of banking products/policies, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office & databases, sound Islamic Banking knowledge, selling skills, interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet targets.
