Credit Operations Manager (OG-I)

The Credit Operations Manager ensures accurate and timely processing of all credit-related transactions and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Key duties include:

• Ensuring all accounting entries for disbursement and adjustment of transactions are as per approved memos and process flows.
• Executing accrual, re-pricing, profit calculation, rental realization, monitoring, and correspondence for advances and corporate Sukuk.
• Ensuring disbursements of advances/investments are within approved limits.
• Posting entries in ALMANAC (LMS) and PD Teller, and balancing advances/investments in physical registers.
• Coordinating with customers and stakeholders (RM/CAD) regarding payments, recoveries, and insurance policies.
• Managing financing and security documents.
• Executing entries for advances/investments as advised by Pool Management Division (AIBG).
• Ensuring no lapses of error, balancing, and reconciliation for all credit activities.
• Assisting auditors during branch audits and preparing reports for advances/investment portfolio.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual statements for advances/investment.
• Ensuring confidentiality and transparency in credit portfolio management.
• Ensuring ATM functionality, fair customer treatment, and office discipline.
• Completing all processes within specified TAT and performing other assigned tasks.

Applicants for Credit Operations Manager must hold a minimum Graduation degree with at least 4 years of banking experience, including 1 year in credit or advances.

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/college. Master's degree, Islamic Banking certification/degree, or diploma will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in Credit and/or Advances and/or Retail.
• Skills: People management, knowledge of banking products/policies, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office & databases, sound Islamic Banking knowledge, selling skills, interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet targets.
