Eligibility and Qualifications

To be eligible for the Assistant Director jobs at NACTA, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A minimum of 16 years of education (equivalent to a Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree) from an HEC-approved institution in fields such as Peace and Conflict Studies, International Relations (IR), Media & Communication Studies, Strategic Studies, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Digital Forensics.
• Experience: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Specific experience in OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence), SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence), GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence), Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting is highly valued. Experience in developing and managing AI/Software applications, media management, basic administration, education, and specialized knowledge in peace and conflict resolution, narrative building, and counter-terrorism and extremism is also required.
