The Medical Teaching Institution Mardan is currently seeking applications for the following position:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Finance Director (Grade-13) position must meet one of the following qualification and experience criteria:

• Option 1:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant, member of Institute of Chartered Accountants.
  • Experience: At least five (05) years of post-qualification experience in finance and/or accounts in a major private or public company/institution.
• Option 2:
  • Qualification: ICMAP certification, member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants.
  • Experience: At least eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in finance and/or accountants in a major private or public company/institution.
• Option 3:
  • Qualification: A Master’s degree in finance or accounts.
  • Experience: At least eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in finance and/or accounts in a major private or public company/institution.
  • Preference: Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders possessing ACCA membership.

Terms & Conditions

1. The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
2. In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and will have to submit an accepted resignation from their existing employment with any other entity, local or abroad, including, but not limited to, civil service of the Government.
3. Candidates will be disqualified/terminated if found of any perjury in their documentation/credentials, including termination from service at any stage.
4. The institution reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel the post.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
