Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for these positions:

Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator

• Education: Intermediate (FA/FSC/ICS/D.COM) or a computer diploma recognized by TEVTA.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a government-approved institution/office, including at least a three-month computer training certificate.
• Skills: English typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and Urdu typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Sanitary Worker

• Education: Literate (able to read and write).
• Skills: Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation work. Must be physically fit for all office tasks.

Terms and Conditions

• Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff will be registered according to the Market Committees Regulations 2028, considering their skills.
• Appointments will be made on a work charge basis for 89 days under the Schedule of Daily Wage Rate 2025, approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab. The contract may be extended based on good performance.
• Recruitment will be done on merit as per the recruitment policy and Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff policy issued by the government.
• These appointments are temporary and do not grant any right to permanent employment or regularization.
• Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff will be paid according to the needs during the financial year.
• Selected Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff may be posted anywhere within the Market Committee office, Sabzi Mandi, or Ghalla Mandi as per requirement.
• Candidates with prior work experience in a Market Committee will be given preference.
• Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff will be paid monthly wages as per government-prescribed rates.
• Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff will not be granted leave without prior notice.
• The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the services of Work Charge Daily Paid Contract Staff at any time.
