Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements for each post:

Computer Operator

• Education: Intermediate pass with a minimum 3-month computer (MS Office) training certificate from TEVTA or any other government-recognized institution.
• Typing Speed: English typing speed of at least 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) and Urdu typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Experience: 5-25 years of experience in typing.

Khakroob (Sweeper)

• Education: Ability to read and write.

Terms and Conditions

• Appointments will be made strictly according to the Market Committees Regulation 2020.
• Recruitment will be on a work-charge basis for 89 days as per Schedule of Wages 2025, approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
• The appointment may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
• Recruitment will be based on merit, following government policies and work-charge contingent paid staff rules.
• These are temporary positions, and candidates will not have any right to permanent appointment or regularization.
• Work charge contingent paid staff will be engaged as per the requirement during the financial year.
• Selected work charge contingent paid staff may be posted anywhere within the Market Committee office, grain market, or vegetable market as per requirement.
• Candidates with prior experience in Market Committee will be given preference.
• Monthly wages for work charge contingent paid staff will be paid according to the approved budget.
• Work charge contingent paid staff will not be allowed any kind of leave.
• The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any work charge contingent paid staff at any time.
