Eligibility and Qualifications
- Must have at least a degree (16 years of education) in law or equivalent (LLB/LLB Hons) from an accredited law school or institution.
- Must hold a valid license from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council to practice at the High Court.
- Must have at least six (06) years of relevant experience since the date of enrollment as an Advocate District Court.
- Proven experience in commercial, company, corporate, industrial, and labour laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, report writing, and proposal writing skills.
- Well-developed computer skills in MS Word and MS Office.
