Nursing Manager

The Nursing Manager will lead and manage nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation of nursing departments on a 5-year extendable contract.

• Oversee nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes.

Applicants for Nursing Manager must hold advanced nursing degrees with significant experience in nursing leadership roles.

• Education & Experience (any one of the following):
  • MS Nursing degree from a recognized institution with 05 years' experience, including 02 years as RN-III/Head Nurse or equivalent.
  • BSN or Post RN-BSN with MPH/MSPH/MHA or any other relevant Master Degree equivalence (18 Years of Schooling) with 06 years' experience, including 02 years as RN-III/Head Nurse or equivalent.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (i.e., BSN or Post RN BSN) with 07 years' experience, including 02 years as RN-III/Head Nurse or equivalent.
• Certification: Must have BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.
