About Manager Operation Theater
Hayatabad Medical Complex is hiring for the post of Manager Operation Theater in Peshawar.
The Manager Operation Theater will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the hospital's operating theaters, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency on a 3-year extendable contract.
- Supervise and manage all activities within the operation theater.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.
- Lead and manage OT staff, including training and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff.
Requirements for Manager Operation Theater
Applicants for Manager Operation Theater must possess a medical degree or a relevant nursing/anesthesia degree with significant experience in OT supervision.
- Education: MBBS or equivalent, OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing, BS Surgical Anesthesia/Intensive Care from HEC recognized university/institutions.
- Preference: Medical practitioners with a higher Diploma (e.g., MCPS Surgery & allied or equivalent) will be preferred.
- Experience: At least 06 years of experience, including two years as OT supervisor/in-charge/head in a teaching/reputable hospital.
