Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed in the vacancy section. Generally, qualifications range from 16 years of education to PhD degrees in relevant fields such as Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, and Engineering. Required experience varies from 08 to 10 years for General Manager roles and specific core competencies for Assistant Manager positions.

Age Limit:

  • Up to 50 years for posts against Sr. # 1 to 4 (General Managers, MPS-II).
  • Up to 40 years for posts against Sr. # 5 to 12 (Assistant Managers, Lumpsum).

Important Instructions and Conditions

  • The appointment will be purely on a contract basis for three (03) years, which may be further extended subject to satisfactory performance.
  • Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service shall render NOC.
  • Candidates with foreign degrees must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Candidates must declare if any disciplinary proceedings or criminal proceedings are pending against them.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews based on eligibility criteria.
  • The Department reserves the right to fill or abolish any post, or withhold the whole appointment process.
  • Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
