Requirements for Assistant Manager, Local Employment
Applicants for Assistant Manager, Local Employment must have 16 years of education in relevant fields and possess core competencies in employment facilitation.
- Education: 16 years of education in Economics, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, ICT, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Skills: Graduate placement coordination and career services management; Employer and client relationship management, negotiation, and communication; Record-keeping, documentation, and data management; Route and logistics planning principles applied to efficient placement coordination; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling/communication tools; Accounting knowledge for invoice and financial record management.
