Requirements for Assistant Manager, Public Private Partnership & Industry Employees
Applicants for Assistant Manager, Public Private Partnership & Industry Employees must have 16 years of education in relevant fields and possess core competencies in partnership management.
- Education: 16 years of education in Economics, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Human Resource Management, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Skills: Partnership structuring, contract management, and MoU drafting; Operations coordination and multi-stakeholder relationship management; KPI monitoring, compliance, and performance reporting; Documentation management and regulatory compliance; Communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, and correspondence.
